Software Overview

When you first start the software the main menu appears. From this window you can access all major program functions. A brief overview of each function follows:

Point of Sale/Invoice Generation

The point of sale screen is designed to let you quickly create invoices in real time and generate refund transactions. You can use your barcode scanner to quickly add items to the invoice, or you can add items manually. The software will automatically update inventory quantities as items are sold. The software will also automatically calculate invoice totals including taxes. Lastly, you can customize printed invoices to include your company logo, company address, customer information and header and footer information.

Inventory Control

On the inventory control screen you can add and remove items from your inventory. The software can track virtually any type of item. You can track item name, last update date, barcode number, type, cost, sale price, quantity, description, supplier and more. For each item the software maintains a history of sale dates, order dates and product return dates. The software also automatically calculates total revenue and quantity sold. You can also automatically generate and print barcodes to standard Avery labels. On each label, in addition to the barcode image you can include item name and price to easily create item price tags. Item sorting, cut and paste, searching, and reporting features are all available on the Inventory Control screen.

Customer Tracking

You can also use the software to keep track of your customers. You can record customer name, address, phone numbers and email addresses. If a customer is on your customer list you can easily add their information to an invoice. You can also use the software to print mailing labels and to automatically email selected customers. Customer sorting, searching and reporting are available on the customer-tracking screen.

Import and Export

You can import and export comma-delimited data to easily exchange information with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and other popular database and spreadsheet programs. Import and export features are available for customer data and inventory data. You can also export invoice data for use with accounting and other financial software.

Reporting

The software includes a wide variety of reporting tools. You can print custom inventory and customer lists. You can also generate reports that show you items you need to reorder. Lastly, you can analyze invoice sales for financial reporting and you can generate financial reports that show you when your sales are strongest.
