Introduction

Net Tracker for Courses is a full-featured database system designed for businesses, community organizations, schools, colleges and other organizations that need to track classes and student lists. You can use the software to keep track of any type class. For each class you can track category, instructor, name, number, location, age limits, enrollment, course fees, dates, sessions, class lists, student histories and much more. The To help you keeping touch with your students, the software has built in mass email and mailing label printing functions. You can also easily generate reports showing you enrollment totals and fees collected. The software features advanced reporting, graph generation, data export, a powerful search engine, full customization, optional web publishing and more.

Although the software works great as a powerful single user database, 3 client licenses are also included. With an integrated server, the software easily supports multiple users and automatically manages simultaneous updates and record views - the process is completely transparent to the end user. Network communication occurs through the Internet, so users may be located at the same branch or in different branches. In fact, people may work from locations across the country or even across the world. Although communication is Internet based, data is secure because users require proprietary client software to access the database. And unlike many other multi-user packages, the entire system can be setup in a matter of minutes. Sharing a database among multiple users has never been easier.

Optional Online Course Registration

You can easily add course registrations directly into the sytem. However, if you prefer you can also add an optional online student course registration component. The online component lets students select courses and register for classes online through their web browser. Online registration is custom programmed to match your site design and cost varies depending on your requirements.
