Can you further customize the software for me ?

Yes, we often customize software for our clients. We can add fields, data areas, reports and more. Cost will depend on your exact requirements.

Can clients computers be located in different branch offices ?

Yes, any windows computer with an internet connection can be setup to access your database. Your client computers may be located in the same office or different branch offices. In fact if you have a live Internet connection, you can access your database anywhere in the world.

Is my data secure ?

Yes, users require special client software to access your database so information is secure. Your database can also be password protected.

Do I require any additional software like MS Access or Oracle ?

No, our system is a complete stand alone software package. You do not need to purchase any other software.

Do I need a special server to host my database ?

No, a special operating system is not required. Our server component will work on virtually any windows computer with a fixed IP address. Please keep in mind that the computer you select as a server needs to be turned on to access your database.

Can you host my database for me ?

Yes, if you do not want to manage your own server we can remotely host your database. Please note additional charges apply to database hosting.

Can students register for courses through their through web browser ?

Yes - optional online course registration is available. Please note extra charges my apply.

Can I update information using a web browser ?

Yes - optional upgrades are available that allow you to input information into your database through a web browser. Please note extra charges may apply.
